Appointments
Please book appointments two weeks in advance when possible. We request that appointments be held with a credit card, gift card, or pre-paid credit. We recommend reserving a future appointment upon completion of the current one so we can better accommodate your wishes.
Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum 24 hours advance notice for all cancellations. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please let us know and we will be happy to reschedule. Amari provides a complimentary Confirmation Call 2 days in advance, when possible. Same-Day cancellations are subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service(s). Failure to show up without a cancellation call will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service(s).
Your Comfort
If at any time during your treatment, you do not feel comfortable with the temperature, pressure, or technique being used, please do not hesitate to advise your pratitioner. They will appreciate being able to make your visit more comfortable.
Quiet Please
We respectfully request cell phones and PDAs be turned off. It is for your peace of mind as well as those around you.
Minors
As a courtesy to our guests, we ask that children not be brought to the MedSpa. The minimum age for services is eighteen.
Gratuities
In appreciation to the staff for outstanding service, gratuities may be given at your discretion.

Amari accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and JCB credit cards and Travelers' checks.
Financing is available with No-Interest Payment Plans to those who qualify.
